SECTION 01

Read Before You Trade

TradLoop is a practice and educational tool. It is not a broker, not an adviser, and does not execute real trades. Practicing on TradLoop is not the same as live trading. Trading real money in any market carries substantial risk, and you can lose more than you invest.

SECTION 02

Educational and Practice Use Only

TradLoop is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, or any regulator, and is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or futures commission merchant. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice.

SECTION 03

Past Performance Does Not Predict Future Results

Neither real nor simulated past performance predicts or guarantees future results. Strategies that performed well in replay or backtesting can lose money in live markets.

SECTION 04

Limitations of Replay and Simulated Trading

Simulated trading does not replicate live conditions. It may not accurately model slippage, order rejection, broker latency, partial fills, margin, funding, or swap costs. Replaying historical data also creates hindsight bias: when practicing, you may unconsciously rely on knowledge of what happened next that you would not have had in real time. Treat simulated results with appropriate skepticism.

SECTION 05

AI Mentor and Journal Insights Are Not Advice

AI features produce output probabilistically. The output may be incomplete, wrong, or fabricated, and is not financial advice. Independently verify any AI output before relying on it. TradLoop is not liable for decisions you make based on AI output.

SECTION 06

Prop Firm Simulator Disclaimer

The Prop Firm Simulator models rule sets after publicly known proprietary trading firm evaluation programs (including but not limited to FTMO, FundedNext, Topstep, Apex Trader Funding, and The Funded Trader). TradLoop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such firm. Simulated rules are approximations and may not match a firm’s current rules; verify directly with the firm. Passing the simulator does not guarantee passing any real evaluation.

SECTION 07

Asset-Class Risks

Futures, forex, equities, cryptocurrency, and options each carry distinct and substantial risks, including leverage, volatility, liquidity, and total-loss risk. Research each instrument and consult a licensed professional before trading real money.

SECTION 08

Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the tax consequences of any real trading you conduct. TradLoop does not provide tax advice.

SECTION 09

Acknowledgment

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure and accept these risks. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

[INTERNAL NOTE] Blunt tone is intentional and appropriate for trading-risk gravity. This document is standalone and is also cross-referenced from the Terms. Fill placeholders in lib/legal-constants.ts before publishing.
